Product Description
This air horn solenoid valve is the electric pneumatic switching control component specially used for heavy truck air horn system. It consists of an electromagnetic driving coil assembly, a precision valve body and a fixed mounting bracket. After the cab horn button is powered on, the electromagnetic coil pulls the internal valve core to open the air passage, and the compressed air from the air storage tank flows through the valve to drive the air horn to sound; power off resets the valve core to cut off the air path and stop the horn.
The shell adopts color zinc plating anti-rust treatment to adapt to the humid and muddy chassis installation environment and avoid rust jamming. The built-in sealing diaphragm is made of oil-resistant and aging-resistant rubber, and each product is subjected to air tightness and opening-closing life tests to prevent air leakage and electromagnetic failure during long-term use. The pre-wired standard plug realizes quick plug-and-play connection with the vehicle wiring harness.
