Product Description
This hand brake valve is the core pneumatic control component of heavy truck parking braking system, installed inside the driver's cab. It adopts die-cast aluminum valve body with precise internal air channel and sealing valve core structure, matched with ergonomic rubber-coated pull handle. By pulling or pushing the handle, it controls the air intake and exhaust of the rear axle parking brake air chamber, to realize vehicle parking braking and brake release.
The valve body is equipped with multiple standard threaded air ports for quick connection with vehicle air circuit pipelines. All internal sealing components are made of oil-resistant and aging-resistant rubber materials. Every finished valve undergoes air tightness leakage test, repeated pulling life test and high-low temperature durability test to prevent air leakage, jamming and failure under long-term bumpy driving and temperature changes.
